As a daughter of a sign painter, I naturally gravitated towards commercial art,
and eventually graphic design.

After receiving my BFA from Tyler School of Art, Temple University, I then received a certificate in desktop publishing from the Berkley Corporation in Bala Cynwyd,
PA.

Presently, I would like to pursue a certificate in web design through the University of the Arts continuing education program. I am also enrolled in the New Pathways for Teaching Pre-Certification Program.

Having been a print designer for many years has enabled me to focus primarily on layout and design, and developing a clean, clear message. As I acquire more technical skills, I will be able to bring my expertise in print design to another level, transitioning towards a new media.

In my spare time, I enjoy time with my husband, daughter, and Molly - the family dog. My hobbies include
drawing, playing the piano, hiking and gardening.
